Terms of Doing Business
These terms and conditions comprise the agreement pursuant to which Infochoice (Pty) Ltd. and IC GrowthGroup provides the products (search queries and online reports offered on this website, or “Products”) to you (“Agreement”).
Warranties
We warrant that we will provide the Products to you with reasonable skill and care.
We do not warrant that the Products be complete, error free or wholly accurate. Findings, conclusions and recommendations in the Product are based on information gathered in good faith from both primary and secondary sources, whose accuracy we are not always in a position to guarantee.
Licence
We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the Products for the term of this Agreement only. You warrant that only your organisation's employees will use the Products for your business purposes and shall not, without our prior written consent, make available, reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, licence and distribute the Products.
Termination
With respect to the monthly, quarterly and six-monthly reporting options, either party can terminate the contract by giving 3 months notice of its intention to do so after the first 9 months. If the contract is not terminated or revised by mutual agreement it will continue to run under current terms, where Infochoice (Pty) Ltd and IC Growth Group reserves the right to review fees charged.
